Delivery Follow-up & Governance • Maintain daily visibility across active projects by tracking overall status, delivery progress, blockers, risks, and key updates. • Consolidate and share structured daily project updates covering project status, supporting details, previous milestone, upcoming milestone, and further comments. • Follow up with project owners to ensure milestones are clearly defined, practical, and updated regularly. • Ensure project timelines are internally clear and that project owners communicate committed timelines with customers when needed. • Highlight delivery concerns early and escalate at-risk or blocked items with concise context and recommended next steps. Scrum Cadence & Team Coordination • Facilitate daily standups and other recurring delivery follow-ups to keep teams aligned on priorities, blockers, and next actions. • Support teams in maintaining strong execution rhythm and consistent progress across active workstreams. • Follow up on blockers raised during standups and ensure ownership and expected resolution paths are clear. • Reinforce accountability across teams by ensuring actions discussed in standups are reflected in execution. Kanban Hygiene & Delivery Discipline • Ensure kanban boards are consistently updated and reflect real project status. • Follow up on overdue tasks, stale items, unclear ownership, missing due dates, and inaccurate statuses. • Encourage teams to maintain clear workflow discipline, proper prioritization, and healthy work-in-progress levels. • Support stronger visibility and predictability by keeping project boards clean, current, and actionable. Milestones & Timeline Visibility • Track previous and upcoming milestones across all active projects. • Ensure upcoming milestones are visible, realistic, and not left undefined. • Flag slippage risks, unclear next milestones, or dependency gaps that may impact delivery plans. • Provide management with a consolidated view of milestone readiness and timeline health. Allocation Health & Resource Visibility • Track team allocation health across projects and identify over-allocation, under-allocation, and resource conflicts. • Share clear observations on people allocation and provide practical recommended actions. • Coordinate with project owners and management when allocation issues may impact delivery. • Support better resource planning by keeping leadership informed of team load and pressure points. Reporting & Escalation • Prepare and send structured delivery updates to management on a daily or agreed basis. • Summarize project portfolio health using clear categories such as On Track, At Risk, and Blocked. • Surface the most critical issues requiring management attention, decisions, or intervention. • Maintain concise, action-oriented reporting that supports leadership decision-making.
