Cloudastick is seeking an experienced Salesforce Development Team Leader to manage and mentor our Salesforce development team. This role requires a technical leader with deep Salesforce expertise who can guide the team in designing, developing, and implementing robust Salesforce solutions while driving best practices and fostering a high-performing team culture.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components. -2-3 years in a Salesforce team lead, technical architect, or similar leadership role -Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and platform limitations -Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Metadata) and integration patterns -Proficiency in Salesforce configuration including workflows, process builder, flows, validation rules, and custom objects -Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and at least one other Salesforce cloud -Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Salesforce DX, version control, CI/CD pipelines, Copado, Gearset, or similar). -Proven ability to mentor developers on Salesforce best practices and architectural patterns -Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business teams -Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on scalable solutions -Experience managing Agile sprints and backlog prioritization -Strong understanding of CRM concepts, sales processes, and customer lifecycle management -Experience translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions -Knowledge of data migration strategies and data quality management -Demonstrated track record of delivering complex Salesforce implementations -Experience with multiple Salesforce clouds and products -Experience with middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica) -Knowledge of web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React) -Understanding of AI capabilities within Salesforce (Einstein, Agentforce)

Responsibilities

-Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Salesforce developers and administrators -Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and skills assessments for team members -Manage team capacity, sprint planning, and resource allocation across multiple Salesforce projects -Oversee the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products. -Review Apex code, Lightning components, and configurations to ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices -Guide technical decisions on customizations, integrations, and platform capabilities -Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions -Plan and manage Salesforce release cycles and deployment strategies -Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies for Salesforce development projects -Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and ensure successful delivery -Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce platform -Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous learning -Balance technical debt management with new feature development
