We’re looking for a Growth Manager who’s equal parts strategist, experimenter, and execution machine. You’ll be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, designing data-driven campaigns, and executing high-impact initiatives across the funnel — from acquisition to retention.
–5 years in a growth, marketing, or strategy role (preferably in tech or SaaS) - Strong analytical skills; comfortable with tools like GA4, HubSpot, Mixpanel, or similar - Proven experience running and optimizing multi-channel campaigns - Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation, and A/B testing platforms - A balance of creativity and data fluency — you can ideate and execute - Excellent communication and project management skills - Startup or high-growth environment experience is a plus
- Design and lead growth experiments to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention - Analyze market trends, customer insights, and product usage data to identify scalable growth opportunities - Own and optimize performance marketing channels (paid ads, SEO, email, etc.) - Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to align messaging and campaign execution - Develop and implement A/B testing strategies across landing pages, funnels, and onboarding - Monitor KPIs and report on campaign performance with actionable insights - Identify new channels, platforms, or partnership opportunities to expand reach - Build a growth playbook and scalable systems to support ongoing business expansion
